The Tantra Yoga advanced training is a compact module for trained yoga teachers of all styles who want to experience the mystical and energetic dimension of original tantric yoga and expand their teaching repertoire accordingly. This training is an initiation retreat for tantric consciousness development.

Training content:

  • Chakra activation in asana
  • The power of mantra and yantra
  • awakening pranayama
  • Directing energy with bandha and mudra
  • Dharana & Dhyana
  • Puja, tantric ritualism
  • Sublimation techniques for sexual energy and orgasm control (these yoga techniques are learned clothed, without a partner, on the yoga mat or meditation cushion)
  • Teaching techniques
  • Osteopathic view of the asana practice
  • Shiva-Shakti philosophy
  • Application of tantric principles in everyday life
  • Kundalini awakening and consciousness development
  • Tantric meditation techniques

Training costs: 1408.- Euro

After registration you will receive an invoice for the training costs and a separate invoice from Haus Shanti for U & V.

When registering, 50% of the training costs must be paid within two weeks. The remaining amount is due at the start of the course.

The costs for U&V are paid directly to Haus Shanti four weeks before the start of the course, or according to the details on the invoice.

If you cancel up to 12 weeks before the start of the course, a cancellation fee of EUR 100 will be retained and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 12 weeks before the start of the course will be charged 50% of the course fee.
